The Sustainable Condo Project
The Sustainable Condo is an EcoSmartTM project, designed by Busby + Associates Architects, to address the challenges of urban sustainability.
Developed by EcoSmartTM, supported by Western Economic Diversification Canada, designed by Busby Perkins + Will and built by Ledcor, the project is the result of an outstanding collaboration effort by more than 40 Canadian sponsors and partners, including government officials, architects, engineers, manufacturers, contractors and suppliers. This project reinforces the position of British Columbia, Canada as a leader in green building design and technologies.
We anticipate that developers will take the ideas presented in this exhibit and start integrating them into their design. We are creating market demand by showing the public ideas and products that are available now and can be incorporated into projects today.
